FAK containers will now either have to prove that all shipments have been treated offshore (or do not require treatment), otherwise if a container includes a Target High Risk shipment, the complete container will be directed for treatment upon arrival in Australia. If a shipment is treated offshore by a Quarantine-approved provider, that provider has the responsibility of sending the Fumigation Certificate to Biosecurity in Australia.<\/p>\n<p>Target High Risk goods shipped in non-enclosed containers (Open Top, Flat Rack, Bolster) must be treated offshore prior to shipment.
